Welcome!
I'm Angela Nyiri.
In 2000 I graduated Fine Arts University (Photo-Video-Digital graphics department) in Cluj, Romania and
started to work as a visual, 2d motion designer and illustrator. In 2004 I moved to Budapest, Hungary.
In 2005 I joined LogMeIn where I started to work with and learn about ux and ui designs as well.
In 2010 I joined Disney Online and created website designs, 2d animations, vector illustrations, game elements, downloadable printables and so on...
In 2018 I joined IBM as a visual & motion designer and I currently work here.
In 2020 we launched a design basics education program with two of my colleagues where we talk about color, composition, typography, grids, layouts, visual languages, storytelling, animation.

We designed the program as a weekly live education series going on for 14 weeks. Each occasion consists of a presentation delivered by one of us, a Q&A session, a feedback session – and an exercise for the next week to be completed alone.
We delivered the course on four occasions to a selected group of participants.
The presentations I deliver are:
"Introduction to design", "Composition", "Colour theory", "Presentation design tips and tricks" and "Motion in design".
